As stated in commit b50531496d1d44e5562cc164364eb5373f2f9e5e, thesepackages are not needed for the installation of snf-image-creator.

Remove python-gevent and python-dev from the dependencies list forsnf-image-creator. These two packages were needed for kamaki < 0.1version, but now are obsolete.
