Great refactor in kvm-ifdown and dnshook

Make dnshook responsible for reseting all dns entries of an
instance. It queries the server and issues one by one commands
to remove any A, AAAA, PTR entries. It does not get any info
from the exported environment since now works only instance level
and not NIC level.

In case of renaming an instance, it first queries the server,
then removes all entries and finally re-adds them with the new
instance name.

kvm-ifdown removes the corresponding DNS entry in case the second
argument (ONLY_LOCAL) is false. This will run only during
hot-unplugging a NIC.
