snf-deploy: Add `generated' note to resolv.conf

Add a note on top of /etc/resolv.conf file to inform users
that this file has been changed by snf-deploy and the
immutable bit has been used.

Allow user to modify the directory that will

cyclades: Return the newest vm object upon creation

The server_command decorator commits the just created object and retrieves
it back from the database. Return the latter, because the former is stale
in memory.
