Make snf-webproject create '/var/log/synnefo' dir
Make snf-webproject package create the '/var/log/synnefo' directory and
change its owner and group to 'www-data'. This was until now done by
snf-cyclades-app package. However, since the gunicorn file that is
shipped with snf-webproject uses '/var/log/synnefo/gunicorn.log' as
gunicorn log file, this aciton must be done by webproject package.
