Drop Django dependency in the Synnefo Ganeti hook

Drop all dependencies on Django in the Synnefo Ganeti hook.

  • Include a new bash script, which sets PYTHONPATH appropriately
  • Update README.deploy, include instructions on setting
    SYNNEFO_PROJECT_DIR inside this wrapper....
