burnin: Fix a bug with image metadatas

Plankton returns properties whereas Cyclades returns
metadata for the images.

burnin: add --system-images-user flag

With this flag one can specify the owner of the
system images.
Currently one has to specify owner's uuid.
This options is mandatory.

How vm connection user gets resolved:

- Use the last user in `users` vm metadata if exists
- Use the last user in `users` vm image metadata if exists
- Use root if vm's image osfamily metadata is Linux...
