Rename 'cpu' and 'ram' resources

Rename CPU and RAM relative resources to avoid data migrations.
Specifically, the resources that are renamed are the following:

  • cpu -> total_cpu
  • ram -> total_ram
  • active_cpu -> cpu
  • active_ram -> ram
