astakos: Change email functionality improvements
- Keep track of account email changes. Do not remove EmailChange objects
after they've been consumed.
- Allow user to cancel pending email change.
- Notify user for pending email changes in profile view.
- Warn admins in account creation emails if email used during signup process
has been already used in the past by other users.
- Additional option ``--email-history`` in ``user-show``. If set, user email
changes history table is appended to the output of the command.
- Utility command to display usage history for a specific email address.
- Additional tests included.
