astakos: Change email functionality improvements

- Keep track of account email changes. Do not remove EmailChange objects
after they've been consumed.
- Allow user to cancel pending email change.
- Notify user for pending email changes in profile view....

branding: Use branding util to render email templates

Use synnefo_branding.util.render_to_string accross synnefo apps to be able to
