Make README files of sub-components obsolete

Since v0.14 everything belonging in a README file should be written
as part of the documentation and thus under docs/. Remove all

Keep single Changelog, remove all local ones

Since 0.13 there is only one single Changelog file at the root
directory. Thus, any new component should not have its own
Changelog file. Specifically, remove local Changelog files for:

  • snf-astakosclient
  • snf-branding...

Initial branding for service and company

New synnefo_branding app.
Service name defaults to "Synnefo" and company name defaults to "grnet".
Branding is applicable to texts containing Service or Company name/url and to
images such as favicon, compute, dashboard and console logos.
