cyclades: Use the new AstakosClient
We have changed AstakosClient to get ASTAKOS_AUTH_URL as
entry point for Astakos Service (instead of the ASTAKOS_BASE_URL
that it was using until now).
We have removed ASTAKOS_BASE_URL from cyclades settings
and we have replaced it with ASTAKOS_AUTH_URL. The user can
optionally provide the ASTAKOS_ACCOUNTS_URL and ASTAKOS_UI_URL
but if they set to None Cyclades will use AstakosClient to
determine their values.
