snf-ci: Replace usage of CachedAstakosClient

CachedAstakosClient is an internal class of kamaki.
Instead of using this, use the AstakosClient class that
kamaki re-exports from astakosclient library.

Roles are ns, mq, db, nfs, astakos, cyclades, pithos, cms, stats,
