astakos: api calls authenticated via X-Auth-Token shall not affect cookie

CookieAuthenticationMiddleware.process_request() synchronizes
the astakos cookie with the request user.
If an astakos cookie is set but there is no logged in user,
the middleware deletes the cookie....
