astakosclient: Remove keypath.py, services.py

Astakosclient should have no dependency on Astakos source,
e.g., internal service definitions, but should instead retrieve
all needed information over its public API (e.g., POST /tokens).

Remove Astakos's services.py, imports of get_path and
astakos_services in init.py, and no longer necessary keypath.py.
