pithos api: Adjustable max number of items listed
Openstack storage api sets to 10000 the maximum number of
items returned by the listing functions.
However to test this behaviour is time consuming.
Change this threadhold to be adjustable via the settings
(still defaults to 10000) so the tests can override it.
