ui: Create machine loading images indicator

snapshots feature introduced the requirement for updating images displayed on
vm creation view, every time the view is accessed by the user. Since updating
the registered images call might take a while an additional 'loading images'...

cyclades: Make snf-dispatcher handle EINTR

snf-dispatcher supressed almost all exceptions and continued to process
new messages. However, this caused snf-dispatcher to ignore Ctl+C when
running in debug mode. This commit fixes this be exiting the retry loop...
