Description
Create a global logfile, across Synnefo, logging both gunicorn and snf-manage-initiated events.

Should we keep the default logging to stderr (and since gunicorn log file), or we should use
only the global logfile ? Also I must say that this is just a setting that the admin can easily
change. So which just need to provide a default value!
