Makefile: Fix definition of pxe-*.bin blobs
- Remove 2nd entry for pxe-pcnet.bin.
This kind of error can be avoided by sorting
entries. So all pxe-*.bin entries are now sorted
alphabetically. - Rename pxe-eepro100.bin -> pxe-i82559er.bin.
This change completes another patch which did
the rename on the pxe image for i82559er.
