qtest: Don't segfault with invalid -qtest option
This prints an error message, instead of core dump, when "-qtest" option value is invalid, e.g.:

HMP: add QDict to info callback handler
This patch change all info call back function to takeadditional QDict * parameter, which allow those commandtake parameter. Now it is set to NULL at default case.
