When adding a new account it is not apparent which fields must be added to start monitoring

Description

The Path field is required to start monitoring yet the Account tab doesn't indicate that.

Must add proper validation to all account fields and explanations so the users know what to expect and which fields they need to fill. Perhaps add a mini-wizard?

Finished account wizard that allows adding an account either by logging to the Pithos site or by entering credentials by hand

Closes #1708, #1703
