Description
Allow the user to create new files, folders in the Shared folder if a root folder has write permissions

The code can't send changes to the server right now because it assumes that
- The target account is the same as the folder account
- The container folder is the folder right after the account root
Shared folder structure is different and that causes the code to try to upload changes to non-existent folders
