Display the root path as tooltip

Description

Paths are much larger than the available space in the preferences
At least show it with a tooltip or something different.

The TextBlock displaying the root path was changed to ReadOnly instead of disabled, which allows selecting the path
The tooltip was modified to display the same text as the textblock.
