If a move is canceled to the pithos dir you get an exception

Description

The app seems to be trying to open files that are not yet there, if I start a big move and then cancel (no files are moved) Then I get exceptions.

While the FileSystemWatcher raises the events, cancelling the operation undoes the changes. The client still tries to process the events, even though the files no longer exist
