Try to determine whether we can upload files in folders Shared to the client by uploading a test file

Description
The file should be name [GUID].ignore and have 0 length, application/octet-stream type.
The downloader, poll agent should ignore files with the .ignore suffix

All other clients should ignore the .ignore files also.
