Switch hspace to read the disk template from the cluster
The default disk template is the first enabled template.

Switch hspace defaults to the cluster policy
This changes from the current hardcoded defaults to the clusterpolicy. The command line options now override the defaults from thecluster, and the tiered spec mode is always enabled.
Also fixes a tiny typo in the man page (together with the man page...
Change how hspace reads cmdline args for std specs
For the standard specs, hspace currently takes separate options forthe memory, disk and VCPUs. For the tiered specs, which wereintroduced later, it takes a single option with all three valuescombined....
Add an allocation limit to hspace
This is very useful for testing/benchmarking.

htools: man page improvements
This patch moves all the backend options into the main htools manpage, and it adds documentation for the -t option, which so far wasnot documented w.r.t. the file structure.

hspace: add short forms for the group policy
This adds a shortened versions of the allocation policies, as writingout the whole name in the command line can become tedious.
htools: add human-readable output to hspace
Currently, hspace can only output a machine-readable format that(while detailed) is hard to parse quickly by people. This patch adds(and enables by default) a human-readable output that shows the mostimportant metrics in a simple format....
htools: move the '-p' option to htools.rst
Since this is a common option and has a big description.
hspace: add support for units in the options
This patch converts hspace to allow units in all disk and memoryspecifications, and updates the man page accordingly. It also correcta mistake in the man page for the --max-cpu option.

hspace: also display the starting tiered specs
These are useful for checking what instance specifications we startwith (as they are not necessarily the first entry in the TSPEC map).

hspace: ask for the disk_template not number of nodes
This makes more sense, as the disk template is more meaningful thanthe number of nodes.
Update manpages and other documents with editor settings
No rewrapping is done in this patch, just updates to the settings.

Integrate htools man pages in the main tree
This moves the man pages to their right place, removes the staticfooter and header, and adds Makefile rules for the new .1 man pages.
