Option to include man pages in documentation
Before this patch, HTML versions of man pages (man/*.rst) were alreadybuilt. However, since they are separate from the normal documentation,their content is not indexed for Sphinx' search functionality.Additionally it would simply be nice to have everything in one place....
Update copyright in documentation
Use range() instead of building the list manually. Keeps the codeshorter starting next year.

Add a special lexer for sphinx/pygments
This will be used throughout our docs for better formatting exampleshell sessions, with custom markup for comments, user fixed input anduser variable input.

doc: sphinx config file changes
I wanted to just enable another extension (the graphviz one), but thenI went and did a lot of changes:
- replaced ' with " for consistency with our style guide- imported new settings (commented out) that current python-sphinx...
Add sphinx extension
For now this just registers a single new directive, “opcode_params”,which can be used to generate opcode parameter documentation.
Start to prepare documentation for 2.2 release
- Update NEWS file- Remove dependency on OpenSSL (pyOpenSSL remains)- Update manpages, fix typos and other things
Switch the documentation to sphinx
This big patch converts the documentation build system to sphinx(http://sphinx.pocoo.org/). Since that uses reStructuredText sourcestoo, there is no change (yet) in the documents themselves, just in thebuild system....
