Silence erroneous hlint warning

This patch adds an ignore for an hlint warning that wants camelcase to be used
in the name of a "case" test.
But if camelcase is used, it is not a valid test name anymore.

Add function for generating UUIDs in the Haskell codebase

Its first use will be to generate the salt for ConfD requests of the Haskell
client, as in the Python client.

Unit test added as well.

Make QuickCheck generator names more uniform

Due to lack of attention, we have two styles for generators of
arbitrary values: get* and gen* (e.g. getFQDN and genDiskIndices). In
order to make this more obvious that we deal with a function in the
Gen monad, let's rename all get* functions to gen*....

Cleanup HTools.Types/BasicTypes imports

Before we reorganised the source tree, the 'Result' type was exported
from HTools/Types.hs. This changed during the reorg, but at that time
we didn't change the exports; instead, we kept re-exporting it from
the old module for compatibility....

Add an Utils.NiceSort() equivalent

This patch adds a NiceSort equivalent and the corresponding unittest
(partially copied from Python unittest). The difference between the
Python version and this one is that this implementation doesn't use
regular expressions, and as such it doesn't have the 8-groups...

Remove qualified import of Utils.hs into its test module

This is a leftover from the times when we had a single, huge test
module; nowadays it's only an annoyance.

Rename Ganeti/HTools/Utils.hs to Ganeti/Utils.hs

This is, I believe, the last non-htools specific file that still lived
in the htools directory; it's already widely used in non-htools code,
so let's move it before we add more functionality to this module....
