mips_malta: fix copy of the 0x1fc00000 region
Copy the whole 0x1fe000000 region into 0x1fc00000, independently of theloaded BIOS size. This fix the MIPS make check tests.

hw/mips: align initrd to 64KB to avoid kernel error
The Linux kernel can be configured to use 64KB pages, but it alsorequires initrd to be page aligned. Therefore, to be safe, align theinitrd to 64KB using a new INITRD_PAGE_MASK rather thanTARGET_PAGE_MASK....
mips_malta: cap BIOS endian swap length at 0x3e0000 bytes
This preserves the final sector of the pflash which is used by YAMON tohold environment variables. If the endianness of the environment datais swapped then YAMON will fail to load environment variables from...
mips_malta: generate SMBUS EEPROM data
The malta contains 2 EEPROMs, one containing SPD data for the SDRAM andanother containing board information such as serial number and MACaddress. These are both exposed via the PIIX4 SMBUS. Generating thisdata and providing it to smbus_eeprom_init will allow YAMON to read a...
mips_malta: generate SPD EEPROM data at runtime
The SPD EEPROM specifies the amount of memory present in the system andthus its correct contents can only be known at runtime. Calculatingparts of the data on init allows the data to accurately reflect the...
mips_malta: correct reading MIPS revision at 0x1fc00010
Rather than modifying the BIOS code at its original location, copy itfor the 0x1fc00000 region & modify the copy. This means the originalROM code is correctly readable at 0x1e000010 whilst the MIPS revision...
mips_malta: fix BIOS endianness swapping
If the target is little endian (mipsel) then the BIOS image endiannessis swapped so that the big endian BIOS binaries commonly produced can beloaded correctly.
When using the -bios argument the BIOS is loaded using...

mips: degrade BIOS error to warning
No free MIPS BIOS is available, so it makes little sense to quit.

cpu: Make first_cpu and next_cpu CPUState
Move next_cpu from CPU_COMMON to CPUState.Move first_cpu variable to qom/cpu.h.
gdbstub needs to use CPUState::env_ptr for now.cpu_copy() no longer needs to save and restore cpu_next.
Acked-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>...
cpu: Replace cpu_single_env with CPUState current_cpu
Move it to qom/cpu.h.

pci,misc enhancements
This includes some pci enhancements:
Better support for systems with multiple PCI root busesFW cfg interface for more robust pci programming in BIOSMinor fixes/cleanups for fw cfg and cross-version migration -...
pci: Add root bus parameter to pci_nic_init()
At present, pci_nic_init() and pci_nic_init_nofail() assume that they willonly create a NIC under the primary PCI root. As we add support formultiple PCI roots, that may no longer be the case. This patch adds a root...
memory: add owner argument to initialization functions
Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
cpu: Change cpu_exit() argument to CPUState
It no longer depends on CPUArchState, so move it to qom/cpu.c.
Prepares for changing GDBState::c_cpu to CPUState.
remove some double-includes
Some source files #include the same header more thanonce for no good reason. Remove second #includes insuch cases.

sysemu: avoid proliferation of include/ subdirectories
hw: move headers to include/
Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH dependingon cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.However, fixing this does not belong in these patches....
hw: move boards and other isolated files to hw/ARCH
