bswap.h: build fix
qemu build fails when CONFIG_MACHINE_BSWAP_H is definedbecause float32, float64, etc. are not defined.This makes qemu build.

move unaligned memory access functions to bswap.h
This is just code movement, and moving the fpu/ include path fromtarget-dependent to target-independent Make variables.

Fix leul_to_cpu on big endian hosts
Commit 213acd2e introduced leul_to_cpu with a special code path for big endianhosts. Unfortunately that code used preprocessor magic that didn't work.
This patch replaces the explicit ##s by glue() which is proven to work reliably,...
introduce leul_to_cpu
To be used by next patch.

Remove all traces of powerpc
According to $GCC/gcc/config/rs6000/rs6000-c.c _ARCH_PPC is theubiquitous define which should be used to test whether gcc targetsPowerPC, on 64bit platforms _ARCH_PPC64 will be also defined.
