cpu: Replace do_interrupt() by CPUClass::do_interrupt method

This removes a global per-target function and thus takes us one step
closer to compiling multiple targets into one executable.

It will also allow to override the interrupt handling for certain CPU...

Added LEON MMU ASI mappings and corrected LEON3 MMU masks.

This patch adds SPARC ASI mappings that are used by the LEON processor.It also
corrects the MMU context register and context table pointer mask of the LEON3.

cpu: Add CPUArchState pointer to CPUState

The target-specific ENV_GET_CPU() macros have allowed us to navigate
from CPUArchState to CPUState. The reverse direction was not supported.
Avoid introducing CPU_GET_ENV() macros by initializing an untyped
pointer that is initialized in derived instance_init functions....

cpu: do not use object_delete

CPUs are never added to the composition tree, so delete is achieved
simply by removing the last references to them.

cpu: Move cpu_index field to CPUState

Note that target-alpha accesses this field from TCG, now using a
negative offset. Therefore the field is placed last in CPUState.

Pass PowerPCCPU to [kvm]ppc_fixup_cpu() to facilitate this change.

Move common parts of mips cpu_state_reset() to mips_cpu_reset()....

Make include paths for cpu-qom.h consistent, so that SPARCCPU can be
used in cpu.h.

Turn cpu_init macro into a static inline function returning
CPUSPARCState for backwards compatibility.

Kill off cpu_state_reset()

In commit 1bba0dc932e8826a7d030df3767daf0bc339f9a2 cpu_reset()
was renamed to cpu_state_reset(), to allow introducing a new cpu_reset()
that would operate on QOM objects.

All callers have been updated except for one in target-mips, so drop all...

target-sparc: QOM'ify CPU

Embed CPUSPARCState as first member of SPARCCPU.
Drop cpu_sparc_close() in favor of object_delete() and a finalizer.
Let cpu_state_reset() call cpu_reset().

Make TYPE_SPARC_CPU non-abstract for now.
Distinguish between "sparc-cpu" and "sparc64-cpu"....
