tests: Add test for qdict_flatten()

Add a test case for qdict_flatten() in tests/check-qdict.c. This test
case covers the flattening of subordinate QLists as well.

test makefile overhaul

This introduces new test reporting infrastructure based on
gtester and gtester-report.

Also, all existing tests are moved to tests/, and tests/Makefile
is reorganized to factor out the commonalities in the rules.
