vga: rename isa_vga_init() to isa_std_vga_init()
vl.c: convert *vga_enabled functions to QOM
And get rid of qdev_exists().
Remove libhw
The entries for libhw* are no longer needed in .gitignore.
There is also no longer a difference between common-obj-y andhw-obj-y, so one of those two macros is sufficient.
