pcie_port: Turn PCIEPort and PCIESlot into abstract QOM types
Move PCIEPort's "port" property to the new type, same for "aer_log_max".Move PCIESlot's "chassis" and "slot" properties to the new type.

devices: Associate devices to their logical category
The category will be used to sort the devices displayed inthe command line help.

hw: move private headers to hw/ subdirectories.
Many headers are used only in a single directory. These can bekept in hw/.
