vmstate: port twl92230 device
Just don't look. struct tm members are ints' and they are sent as uint16_t.VMState code complains as it should. Have to create hacky int32_as_uint16type. Don't ever think about copying it

twl92230: change pwrbtn_state to uint8_t
its value is always the level of an interrupt, 0 or 1
twl92230: fix old style increment/decrement usage

qdev: add return value to init() callbacks.
Sorry folks, but it has to be. One more of these invasive qdev patches.
We have a serious design bug in the qdev interface: device initcallbacks can't signal failure because the init() callback has noreturn value. This patch fixes it....
Update to a hopefully more future proof FSF address
qdev: move name+size into DeviceInfo (v2)
Rationale: move device information from code to data structures.
v2: Adapt the drivers missed in the first version.

Don't use "hz" in identifiers to make AIX happy.
malc found AIX headers leak "hz" and so it can't be used there. Changethe occurences in hw/.
