w64: Fix data type of tb_next and other variables used for host addresses
QEMU host addresses must use uintptr_t to be portable for hosts withan unusual size of long (w64).
tb_jmp_offset is an uint16_t value, therefore the local variable offsetin function tb_set_jmp_target was changed from unsigned long to uint16_t....

Delegate setup of TCG temporaries to targets
Delegate TCG temp_buf setup to targets, so that they can use a stackframe later instead.
Remove exec-all.h include directives
Most exec-all.h include directives are now useless, remove them.
Remove unused function parameter from cpu_restore_state
The previous patch removed the need for parameter puc.Is is now unused, so remove it.

Function gen_pc_load was introduced in commitd2856f1ad4c259e5766847c49acbb4e390731bd4.The only reason for parameter searched_pc wasa debug statement in target-i386/translate.c....
tcg: get rid of copy_size in TCGOpDef
copy_size is a left-over from the dyngen era, remove it.

Compile qemu-timer only once
Arrange various declarations so that also non-CPU code can accessthem, adjust users.
Move CPU specific code to cpus.c.
