vfio: Enable vfio-pci and mark supported
Enabled for all softmmu guests supporting PCI on Linux hosts. Notethat currently only x86 hosts have the kernel side VFIO IOMMU supportfor this. PPC (g3beige) is the only non-x86 guest known to work.ARM (veratile) hangs in firmware, others untested....

prep: Use pc87312 device instead of collection of random ISA devices
We can't however replace the built-in IDE controller, as the one inpc87312 is only single-channel and can use only IRQ 14. Therefore thepc87312's IDE function gets disabled via the config property....
