pflash_cfi01/pflash_cfi02: convert to memory API
cfi02 is annoying in that is ignores some address bits; we probablywant explicit support in the memory API for that.

lm32: add support for the Milkymist board
This patch adds almost complete support for the Milkymist system-on-chip(http://www.milkymist.org).
Additional to running bare metal applications, booting a linux kernel withinitrd is supported.
