v3: don't call reset functions on cpu initialization
There is absolutely no need to call reset functions when initializingdevices. Since we are already registering them, calling qemu_system_reset()should suffice. Actually, it is what happens when we reboot the machine,...

In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list.

don't call cpu_sychronize_state from reset handlers
Doing this will make the vcpu ioctl be issued from the I/O thread, insteadof cpu thread. The correct behaviour is to call it from within the cpu thread,as soon as we are ready to go.

kvm: Simplify cpu_synchronize_state()
cpu_synchronize_state() is a little unreadable since the 'modified'argument isn't self-explanatory. Simplify it by making it alwayssynchronize the kernel state into qemu, and automatically flush theregisters back to the kernel if they've been synchronized on this...

kvm: Rework VCPU synchronization
During startup and after reset we have to synchronize user space to thein-kernel KVM state. Namely, we need to transfer the VCPU registers whenthey change due to VCPU as well as APIC reset.
This patch refactors the required hooks so that kvm_init_vcpu registers...
qemu/apic: minimal MSI/MSI-X implementation for PC

Handle init/sipi in a main cpu exec loop. (v2)
This should fix compilation problem in case of CONFIG_USER_ONLY.
Currently INIT/SIPI is handled in the context of CPU that sends IPI.This patch changes this to handle them like all other events in a maincpu exec loop. When KVM will gain thread per vcpu capability it will...

(patch is on top of "Apic creation should not depend on pci" series)
