KVM: move tap control functions to a submodule
Move all tap-related functionality to the hv_kvm.netdev submodule. Werename _OpenTap to OpenTap, since it will now be used as a publicfunction.
Also, change the hv_kvm tests to import the new code.

Use configured SSH ports when connecting to a console
This is accomplished by passing the corresponding node group tohv_*.py. Tests for hv_*.py that call GetInstanceConsole updated.

Add unittests for Hotplug support
Try base InstanceSetParams tests that modify instance'sdevices with hotplug=True.
Add some unittests for kvm hypervisor regarding runtime filemanipulation. Based on a sample runtime file search forspecific disk and nic entries based on their UUID....
Make QmpMessage a proper container
Newer pylint versions complain that QmpMessage is not a proper container becauseit does not implement the len() and delitem() methods. This commitimplements them.
Also, tests are added.

Index nodes by their UUID
No longer index nodes by their name but by their UUID in the clusterconfig. This change changes large parts of the code, as the followingadjustments were necessary: * Change the index key to UUID in the configuration and the ConfigWriter, including all methods....
hv_kvm: Refactor getting TAP features, add tests
Split retrieving supported features into a dedicated function which canbe mocked. Tests are added for both “_ProbeTapVnetHdr” and“_GetTunFeatures”.

testutils: Module-level method for reading test data
This patch moves the functions “_ReadTestData” and “_TestDataFilename”to module level. They do not depend on a class instance at all.

kvm: add two help dump files
One is the --help output for kvm 1.1.2 and the second one is the same as0.9.1 but with a fake option added between -drive and its boot=on|offoption: this tests that if boot=on|off appears in another option after-drive it is not accepted by our regexp....
kvm: use help based feature detection
As discussed on the list some people backport features to different kvmversions, making the version based detection system unreliable. Wechange wherever we can to detection on the help output.
This also fixes Issue 250...
Move python test files to test/py
This is the first step of the test files reorganisation: moving test/*(except test/data) to new directory test/py/.
