WaitForSocketCondition: rename, handle EINTR

- Rename WaitForSocketCondition to SingleWaitForFdCondition
- Avoid potentially infinite loop, if we continue to get interrupted
- Handle eintr correctly
- Avoid the poller try/finally, as the poller object gets destroyed...
