Support group networks in Text backend
The Text backend now parses network UUID (comma separated) andserializes them in the same form.The test data is adapted to the new format.

Add multiple min/max specs in instance policy
Now instance policies can contain more than one min/max specs. This is themain element of the "Constrained instance sizes" section in the"Partitioned Ganeti" design doc.
This is a big patch, but changing the type of a configuration item requires...
Update documentation for text format
In commit 000ca91a the text format was extended to also includeinformation about the master node. This commit updates thehtools man page to reflect this change.

man: Man page reference cleanup
Sphinx is stricter than pandoc when parsing reST and does not allow anopening parenthesis to directly follow inline markup. [1] describes therules. A backslash, as described in [2], can be used to separate thetwo.
Additionally, there were different forms for referring to man pages....

Fix tiny typo in htools.rst
Backtracking through git blame, it turns out than commit 49148d15changed "\fB20,102400,16384,4\fR" into "**B20,102400,16384,4**". Butof course that's a mistake, since the markup was \fB, not just \f.

Introduce infrastructure required to add Hcheck and build itsuccessfuly.

This is only useful in the stand-alone command line tools:

This change also documents the flag in all man-pages.

Fix man pages to not use unescaped --

htools: man page improvements
This patch moves all the backend options into the main htools manpage, and it adds documentation for the -t option, which so far wasnot documented w.r.t. the file structure.
