Fix failing gnt-node list-drbd command

The UUID/name switch avoided this particular bit of code, and as a
result the list-drbd command failed as it tried to compare UUIDs and
names. This patch fixes the retrieval, converts the newly returned
UUIDs to names, and modifies the QA to the results and not only the...

Update reference to proper module

Extract ConfigReader from Confd/Server.hs

Confd's functionality to watch the Ganeti configuration file is
extracted to the ConfigReader module. No functional changes are
introduced.

This extraction makes will enable us to split queryd from confd, as
queryd will have to use the same functionality....
