Update the license statement

It was decided that Ganeti is relicensed under the 2-clause
BSD license. Update the license statements accordingly (issue #936).

Make network_vlan an optional OpParam

Make network_vlan OpParam of OpNetworkConnect default to the empty
string and thus make it optional (see defaultField definition). This
way we keep backwards compatibility with old RAPI.

Additionally bypass a sphinx warning related to the generated html...

Add support for value aliases to RAPI

This patch extends the metaclass used to generate RAPI handlers to
allow creating aliases of certain values returned by GET methods.

Hs2Py constants: update Python references

Hook h2spy in Makefile.am

  • add rules to Makefile.am to use hs2py to generate the Python opcodes
    from Haskell and update tests to check that Haskell and Python contain
    the same opcodes.

Fix spacing in opcode documentation generation

Opcode documentation is automatically generated from the Python
opcodes in the reStructuredText format. This patch fixes the ill RST
definitions by adding the missing blank line.

Fix build/sphinx_ext.py with tuple defaults for op params

When an OpCode's parameter has a tuple as default value, this code
will break:

buf.write("defaults to ``%s``" % default)

The patch fixes this and other potential cases by always passing a
tuple to '%'....
