Add the docs directory in MANIFEST.in

When you create a source distribution with:
python ./setup.py sdist
The docs should be included in the source archive.

Don't call parted.Device.destroy()

Ommit using os.path.relpath

The method has different behaviour in python 2.6 and python 2.7.
In python 2.6, os.path.relpath('/proc', '/) will output '../proc'
where in python 2.7 it will output 'proc'.

Completely exclude mpoints when running rsync
