Delegate private network management to Ganeti
Update rapi.py client to communigate with Ganeti. Include job dependency
in rapi calls so that network actions (create/connect/disconnect/remove)
are done if prerequisites have met.
Update db models to include networks as ganeti objects. Remove link manageme
from synnefo - delegate it to ganeti with mac-prefix and ebtables.
Update components to be aware of the new nic field - network.
