Install snf-manage bash completion script
During the 'migration' to the new repository layout and the devflow /
autopkg packaging process, the debian install rule for the bash
completion script / wrapper for snf-manage, provided by the
snf-webproject package, was overlooked.
Add it again to the debian/snf-webproject.install to properly install
it on new Synnefo deployments.
