cyclades ui: Prefer os meta to identify connection user

How vm connection user gets resolved:

- Use the last user in `users` vm metadata if exists
- Use the last user in `users` vm image metadata if exists
- Use root if vm's image osfamily metadata is Linux...

Remove 'v' from service version IDs, keep it in URLs

- Openstack versionId does not have a leading 'v' as
in 'v1.0', but is just '1.0'. URLs do have the 'v'.

- Compute is v2 instead of v2.0

pithos: Handle backend transaction management

In commit 9f135224edf6e50386dc29e0a35806a92c56a50c
the transaction management has been moved
from the pithos backend to pithos frontend.
This commit updates all modules use pithos backend
to handle transactions manually.

Let dh_python2 handle namespace packages

in squeeze we used to enforce placement of init.py files at
common packages (common, pithos-backend). In wheeze the updated
dh_python2 and debpython utils automatically include package namespace
metadata and init.py creation.
