Description
Tο referenceTimeslot δεν μπορεί να ξεκινάει πριν από το agreement. Ποιοτικά, δεν μπορούμε να χρεώσουμε τον χρήστη στο διάστημα που δεν υπάρχει. Άρα το invariant είναι ότι το referencetimeslot.from είναι max(Policy.from,Agreement.from) όταν το billingMonthInfo.monthStartMillis ξεκινάει πριν από το min(Policy.from,Agreement.from)
