Description
Add setting to give the administrator the ability to specify the network configuration
for each new VM. This setting will named 'DEFAULT_INSTANCE_NETWORKS' and it will be a list
of network IDs. Each created VM will have one NIC connected to each of these networks.
The special ID "auto_public" will be used to denote: "choose any network that is
public (network.public=True) and has a free IP address.
