Description
New projects bring several user-visible changes:
- project applications should mention both member limit and project limit for all resources needed
- usage (quota) should be presented per project
- actions creating quotable entities (VMs, IPs, networks, pithos containers) should provide a way to choose a project
- a new action `reassign projects' should be provided for each quotable entity
